Purchased our entire house furniture from Value City in October 2018 with that we purchased the protection plan on all items as suggested. It was stated any tears, rips, animal stains etc. would be serviced and or replaced. The switch on our recliner went first and we called and got the runarou d for four months before they actually replaced it. Now there are two mattresses where the springs have come through the mattress and tearing sheets. I called with the warranty and it took another four months for someone to inspect it... read more

I purchased a mattress at American Signature Furniture in *******, ******* in July 2021. American Signature was closing out some of their mattress. The mattress I purchased was new in the warehouse and it was on clearance for $1,000, I also purchased a new bed rail. I was so very excited to get a new mattress, There was a problem with the delivery date and time that they told me, I had to work around that. We purchased leather sofa and loveseat. Both recline. We also purchased the warranty. I just put in a claim and was denied. The furniture is not leather as it has peeled and cracked. Many places on the furniture is discolored as the coloring is wearing off. They will do nothing. They do not back their product at all. So disappointed as we paid a lot a money for this and it is already falling apart.

It will be 6 months and My is order is still incomplete. I order my furniture may 26 2021. I purchased a Sofa, 2 ***** chairs and a chair and 1/2 for $2000. My order dates were moved 5times without communication and finally my order comes. But one of the is pieces missing which is the chair and 1/2. This is the worst experience Ive had as Im moving into my first home and its due to the horrible customer service Ive received from #********************. I ordered a couch on Oct. 21. My parents were with me as I spoke to the sales associate about delivery options. I was already scheduled to pick up a few items here and there so I opted to pick up the sectional. I have a purchase sofa from this store. I purchased a insurance as well for this item. After 2 years my sofa became to soft, the foam is too soft...i have paid $1,700 for the sofa. I went to the store to complain. They asked me to call they're insurance company. After several Fotos, calls from this issue they said that kind issue it is not cover. They have terrible customer service I do not recommend. They also do not deliver on manufacturer's warranty or pure promise.
