Had a wire not connected to a speaker. The two men rushed me and cut me off when asking questions. Then they got sound out of the system and declared the unit good and left quickly. I was treated dismissively and rudely. Those delivery men are no longer allowed on my property. I paid for 5 star delivery and did not get. To add salt they said it would be two weeks before the unit could be looked at. Luckily the next day I discovered the loose wire myself. The furniture is now very nice. Over all experience 3 stars.
We purchased two recliners and within 1 week decided it was not what we wanted. We called Value City Furniture in ********, ** to arrange for them to pick up and return the chairs. 1st we had to wait over a week when we live within ***** miles from store. Second, we gave them SPECIFIC directions to get to our house because it is in a new build community and GPS would not route them to our house - we did this twice. The day they were to pick up the chairs, they did not follow the directions and so never showed up at our house... read more

I ordered a couch and loveseat at the end of January gave a delivery date of March. Got a call and said it would be delivered May 19th. They delivered the loveseat and when they tried to bring the couch in they damaged it and it had to be sent back. They scheduled another delivery for two weeks later and they didnt even get that one out of the truck before it was damaged. So, then I get a delivery date for July 21st then come to find out its not coming until August 11th. 6 months from the time of the order and 3 months after... read more

I should have listened to others regarding this company....I ordered a sectional from the Value City in **************** ********. The sectional was supposed to be delivered on 7/1/22. The delivers arrived on the date (late), one of the delivery men came in to my house with the ottoman and and started to put the legs on it (he had a difficult time).
