The store on ************* in ********** ** is all about the sale. But afterward, you'll get little to no help from the management. This isn't a salesman problem. It's a product delivery and management problem. I walked around and selected the mattress I wanted. I paid over $900 for everything. When the mattress was delivered it was hard as concrete. I ordered furniture in February. It was delivered on march 26th. When it arrived the delivery drivers decided to steal the chest that came with the bedroom set and were caught on camera. Value city is refusing to give me the **** of the drivers so criminal charges can be filed or solve this issue. Do not shops with them unless you want your items stolen.

I purchased 2 sofas with this company and got the pure promise warranty for an extra $300 to protect my furniture from anything my kids could throw at it for 5 years the sale rep told me. 1 year and 1 month later I noticed 1 couches cushion threads were coming out and theres a rip on the pillow so its totally pulling away from the back casing and stuffing is coming out. I filed a claim with the warranty services and 50 mins later was sent an email that the claim was carefully reviewed and determined to be normal wear and tea... read more

Value City has internal policies that conflict with the Sale tax exemption laws in that benefit religious organization. Their argument is that the furniture is for personal use, I explained that the ministries we have to furnish apartments, but is is property of the organization. But they did not care.

First of all I bought furniture and called over four times to tell him they have to wear his booties in my house cause I have brand-new carpeting they show up and they dont have booties and they cant speak English so they track mud and water through my house and tell me they they do it or I dont get my furniture they could barely speak English so I believe thats what he was trying to tell me then when I called the delivery company they tried to say they didnt have nothing to do with it because I want my money back and then I... read more

Horrible! The sectional I paid high dollar for was broken within 3 Months, repeatedly. I took 1 year to get the part, due to Covid, and when it was replaced the technician left the cord out and when the recliner was closed it snapped back in half, once again broken. After repeated calls to ******************* they agreed to replace it but the sectional was no longer sold and I would have to pick out a new one.
