Horrible customer service at the Catonsville, MD location. They have changed my delivery times and been so unprofessional 100 million times. I cannot complain enough about how bad they are with delivery and I have never experienced anything like this before. Somebody tell me how to sue for time and money waste. Not to mention the stress level peaking to high.

Paid my balance off in full in August of 2020 ********** ***has yet to report this information to the credit bureau. Terrible customer service items also weren’t in stock (although i was told they were) and delayed in shipping months later. Wouldn’t recommend at all!

DON'T BUY FROM VCF! i was told that my delivery would be here on September 16th. I was then told it was delayed, and would come in 2 parts on Oct. 20th and Nov. 7th. The October 20th delivery came, but then I was contacted and told the rest would not come until Dec. 7th. I was then contacted yesterday with a voicemail stating it would come Nov. 13th and if I had a problem with that to call. I placed an order 3 months ago and still no firm delivery date set! I have to call for updates on my order and each time I call no firm answers on when my furniture would be delivered. Currently still have no idea when my order will be delivered. Complete waste of my time, money, and energy: things I can not get back! What's worse is they are still taking orders from individuals despite these back order items! Long story short, Value City is Horrible and they have no customer service. Yes we all know it’s Covid but communication with paying customers is key! I ordered furniture in July was told it would come in Oct fine! Received a call that it will be in after thanksgiving. Then received a call on Oct 30 that furniture was in and we have 48hrs to pick it! In excuse me. I do not recommend anyone to do business with Value City Furniture Westland, MI my order did not fit on truck on the day they gave me for delivery. No one called to tell me and I being an older woman and an older family member had previously struggled to take a queen size mattress and box springs down a flight of stairs. I called them and they gave me a week long date for a new delivery instead of putting my order first on the next delivery the manager **** says he didn't want to do that to another person. Ordered couch, three chairs, and two end tables in July 2020. Everything was supposed to be delivered on August 30. When the delivery guys showed up, everything in the order was there except the couch. There was no call to tell us that our order would be incomplete. They said the couch would be delivered until October 5th. A day before they said it would be delivered on October 27 th. I received emails two days before confirming that it was coming. I ordered multiple pieces of furniture in August 2020, estimated delivery was Sept/Oct 2020. We received a call that a portion of our order would be delivered in October. We received the headboard and side rails of a king bed, but the footboard was not there. Because of this, it could not be assembled. The delivery company left the very large boxes in our garage.
