I was emailed that the furniture would be in on Saturday February 19th 2022 between 9am-12pm. Beforehand I called the store and spoke to ***** and said they would be calling me with more information that never happened BUT received an email instead of a call. On Saturday morning of the 19th I see an Enterprise truck pull up someone lifts door and kicks a box out of the truck. I've been looking for beds for my two kids and as I've often done, I went online to check out what was available in my neighborhood. I found some of the beds that I was interested in at the Value City Furniture online store, in ********, **. I had previously purchased a bedroom set from Value City Furniture, Inc. store at another location so I figured, I could get a similar type of experience in the ********, ** store. Boy, was I wrong! vcf furniture did not do what is stated on there sales receipt for the terms and conditions that i paid for.
DO NOT SHOP HERE Value city delivery men are con artists. The two people who delivered my furniture yesterday told me my couch wouldn't fit up my stairs. I asked them to lean it another direction and pull it into my kitchen slightly over a ********. They told me it was against store policy for them to not use a stairway and they personally asked me for $80 to do it and break the rules, or they would have to refuse my delivery because they couldn't ************ in one specific direction.Having just moved in the house and bein... read more
