Went into the store after finding a dinning room table, chairs and bench I liked, only to get there and then tell me they discontinued the bench. Went back and bought the table and chairs. Was told it would be ready for pick up in two days and then when it was all said and done it was 4 days. In May 2020, I purchased a whole house furniture and was told I should expect my merchandise in a few weeks. What I didnt expect was when I got home and looked at my receipt ,I was charged for extra furniture and my sectional was ordered in three different colors. This has been the most horrible furniture buying experience since I be on my own since I was 18. The customer service over the phone is very unprofessional when you asking questions about why your furniture been delayed 3 times in one month, first the vendor didn’t have everything, then the headboard was damaged and as of today everything can be shipped on the 30th instead of 23rd. HORRIBLE customer experience and service. I order a new bed and mattress set and paid for delivery. My husband and I took off work that day, everything was delivered. The Mattress we purchased was not correct. We ordered a 15 inch memory foam mattress. They delivery a 9 inch. Shout out to American Signature in Kennesaw, Ga. This store will promise you everything great when you set foot in the store. Bought bedroom furniture in August, with a PROMISED delivery of Oct . 17 or earlier. I called first week of October, only to be told the whole bedroom set will not be delivered on Oct 17 but only the bed and dresser. And that someone will call me. NO ONE CALLED. Worst business ever! My couch was delivered damaged and it’s been over a week and no help! I paid for white glove delivery and the warranty. This company is a scam!!!! I will never do business with American Signature or VCF again!!
I purchased my daughter a bedroom set that was cheaply and poorly made. The top of the dresser and nightstand peeled off after only having it for 2 weeks and the legs on the dresser mirror and nightstand all had to be replaced (the nightstand leg more than once) before i was provided with the option to reselect as i obviously did not feel comfortable with my young child sleeping on such cheap shit. Not only have I received emails confirming, by Corporate, all four items being delivered Saturday, October 3rd, 2020. I received a call stating that one item won’t be delivered until January 5th, 2021! Who wants only a loveseat and not the couch! I have this set 90% paid off already! Not only am I posting on here, I will also be contacting the news stations. They will receive every bit of bad publicity as well as, false advertisement! I have the documents to prove it!
I ordered a few furniture items from America Home Furniture. I agreed to a delivery date six weeks out upon purchase, The dates changed three times and I received calls to update me of changes initially. Upon making a call to verify delivery times I was informed my order was postponed by six additional weeks without notification.
