I purchased a motorized lift chair for my mom in anticipation of her hip replacement. Picked up the chair in late November 2021. Her surgery was 12/23, she came home from the hospital on 12/24. The motor on the chair stopped working on the night of 12/25. I called the next day to schedule a repair. The man located our purchase by looking up the phone number. I bought furniture from Value City Furniture was informed that I would receive the furniture December 28, 2021 then January 13,2022, then January 19,2022, now February 2022. Bought the furniture in August of 2021. **************** is horrible no one knows when but they knew how to take the payment and get commission off the sell. If I dont get a full refund as I now am convinced they are trying to scam and get extra delivery fees and money in general. To start off I ordered a dream relax mattress through Value City Furniture and there was a deal going which was buy one get one free. My initial delivery date was early October and this is when the issues began. Once the time came for it to get delivered they would call me the day before to tell me that its getting pushed back to next week, initially I said its fine I understand, but it kept going for weeks.
