I ordered a sofa sleeper and was told it would be delivered to the store in a few weeks right before Thanksgiving. I never got a call. Then when I called I was told they sent it back two days later because I never picked it up. Then I was told it would be a month and it would arrive again. Now I got a call this morning that it would t be until March. 0 stars! Scam! You set us up with financingmisleading contract you dont go over any terms! Stay away from value city and acceptance now you will pay double face value for any product you finance or how they like to call it rent! Go to your bank instead they wont steal money from you!

Out $400 due to American Signature Furniture's (Subsidiary of Value City Furniture ***** inability to perform service as promised and to properly execute a refund as requested. American Signature Furniture was unable to deliver my furniture as was requested and paid for due to an error on their part. They agreed to refund me the cost of the delivery and setup not being used and to refund me the cost of me having to pick up my own furniture at a location across town. I informed them the refund would have to be by check or to ... read more

Value city Furniture, **** MI - We have bought a power recliner sofa and recliner chair for our living room. Though we got it from clearance section, it was not AS IS. We bought 5 years hassle free protection plan along with this. We paid nearly 2000$ for this furniture. The item was delivered on 12.08.2021 , we checked it immediately and found one of the recliner in the sofa is not working . The delivery person informed us that power surge is missing, we called the *** immediately and they want us to call back the next day.... read more

Value city Furniture, **** MI - We have bought a power recliner sofa and recliner chair for our living room. Though we got it from clearance section, it was not AS IS. This review is about the location in ************************************************* THESE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!NICK the manager????I would of given this value city no stars. This value city has been a nightmare to deal with for the past month . I order** a bed set, when it was delivered the repair guy couldnt put it together because the frame is damaged.
