I wish i would have read these reviews!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! same thing over and over again..I would have not done business with American Signature Furniture. Took our money half the furniture came .. You can tell the staff is tired of being kicked down by the customer complaints. Corporate is a JOKE. Way to let your employee take the beat down from the customers that you are providing a horrible work enviorment, that lacks leadership and respect from the top to the bottom. I am very unsatisfied. I walked into the furniture store and nobody even greeted me. Then someone finally came over after my boyfriend asked for assistance. The man wasn’t busy he was standing around. I told him what couch I wanted and it was the Mackenzie with free ottoman he said that’s fine and told me the ottoman is going to be delayed but what side chase do you want? I ordered a bed on December 28, 2019 for my daughter's room. Paid $1120. The original delivery date was set for early February (well before COVID). Then I got a voice message saying it would be delayed until Early March. When March arrived I got a call telling me it would be April 28. When I checked the order status online the date had changed to Friday, May 8th. Apparently they no longer bother to call about delays. Never purchasing anything from this place again. Worst service, I purchased a coffee table and 2 side tables for my living room with warranty. There was some damage to the coffee table. I called value city furniture and they sent someone to look at it and was told this damage is not covered under warranty. And on there website it clearly says it is. The place is a scam and there third party warranty is a scam. I will never refer friends or family members to value city for anything again. They take people’s hard earned money ... read more

Very poor communication. I have been waiting on furniture for 2 months. I sit on hold for a minimum of 2 hours each phone call only for them to say oh your delivery date has been changed. I have taken off work 3 times for them to come and each time it’s a no show. I get emails and phone calls confirming date and time but they never show. We are currently on delivery number 4!

We purchased a couch and table from Value City Furniture on August 15th, 2015. In addition to our purchase, we purchased an additional 5-year warranty. After about a year the couch cushions were flat and uncomfortable but the couch itself was fairly cheap so we chose not to use the warranty at that time and instead gifted it to someone who needed it and didn't mind the cushions. Ordered and paid for a couch February 28, 2020. Of course current circumstances have slowed the delivery. The date of delivery has changed a couple of times now. And we not they, have initiated contact to follow the delivery time changes. Today March 24, 2020 we now found out the couch is no longer available, why? They won’t say. So I’m supposed to be refunded in two weeks.

called Into North Olmsted Ohio location on 3/4/2020 female answered. Asked her if there where any dressers in clearance. She said yes. She said she would would put me in touch with someone on the sales floor to help me. Which she did, she was very nice. Male named KYLE picked up. I asked was there any dressers in clearance he said no. Strange after female just said there are. I said there are none? He asked if I lived close. Thinking why does this matter. We bought a set of recliners for $1299,then returned them under free return. Bought a different set for $1196. Then manager double talked us out of any refund due. She even tried to tell us we owed them money.
