THESE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THE ***** (WHICH ALSO HAVE THE ***** OF OUR CHAIRS THAT WE JUST ORDERED WITH OUR NEW BREAKFAST BAR WERE MISSING FROM OUR ORDER AND MY HUSBAND WANTED A RESOLUTION. We used american signature furniture years ago and had a wonderful experience but this time it has been an absolute nightmare. Our furniture, that we purchased months ago, has been delayed 7 times and it feels like being held hostage. We have complained to the Better Business Burea and the day that we got a generic response full of apologies, the store called to tell us it was being delayed again. I ordered furniture from value city on 9/7/21. I was supposed to pick up my furniture on 9/18/21 but my delivery guy got COVID so I couldnt pick up my furniture. After that, other unfortunate events occurred in my family that didnt allow me to pick up my furniture. I called today to see if my furniture would be available for pickup and was told that my furniture had been returned to the warehouse and wouldnt be available for pickup until 12/30/21. we purchased a cultured marble table top dining set at VCF on 1/26/2021($1302.29). We loved the table, the chairs were unremarkable and quite uncomfortable as far as posture goes. We noticed that the table appeared to be defective or improperly sealed since - with the utmost care in use - everything left a smudge, smear, spot, circle, stain ... no matter how quickly you wiped it up. Purchased our entire house furniture from Value City in October 2018 with that we purchased the protection plan on all items as suggested. It was stated any tears, rips, animal stains etc. would be serviced and or replaced. The switch on our recliner went first and we called and got the runarou d for four months before they actually replaced it. Now there are two mattresses where the springs have come through the mattress and tearing sheets. I called with the warranty and it took another four months for someone to inspect it... read more
