Value City Furniture is a terrible business! In store, the sales team was nice enough, but the nightmare begins after you purchase your furniture! Getting items delivered to your house is a terrible experience! They’ve brought the wrong pieces to my home TWICE! I will try to stay neutral and just tell my story so you can decide for yourself. We were buying furniture for a new home - a couch and bed. I should have walked away during the sale when the salesperson took several trips to her manager to get the right products entered. She was very poorly trained. Extremely disgusted, and upset with the purchase I made on Sunday, as well as the customer service, in the Value city store, and through their customer service number. This whole company is a joke. I bought a couch from them in April, the couch broke at the beginning Of June and the issue still. Isn't resolved! They sent a technician out who ordered the wrong part. Two weeks later when the part arrived, a different technician came out and advised me the wrong part was ordered. I was told they would contact me later on, and sure enough no phone call. I really don’t understand how this company is still in business. They don’t care about customers at all but the money. It’s been more than a month since I’ve been fighting to get my order delivered. They deliver a part of it every 2 weeks and they expect me to be home whenever they feel like it. I spoke to Asha at headquarter and she promised to have the items delivered by the 2nd of July. AVOID THE DULUTH, GA LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! This location is staffed by crooks and scum. I purchased a couch from this location, and the following 5 deliveries resulted in their delivering the wrong colored couch, numerous rescheduled deliveries, delivering a broken couch, and showing up out of the blue to deliver without scheduling with me. there should be option not even 1 star as Value city furniture does not deserve even 1 star, I have order sofas on June 3rd & payment was taken out of my account 4th June very next day after order. I don't understand how this company is still in business and has an A+ rating! They have a one-star rating in every city across the nation! Their delivery protocol is AWFUL. The worst I have ever seen. I purchased a brand new kitchen table + 4 chairs and also a dining table - 2 months ago. The sales associate gave us a delivery date one week from the day we purchased.
