I purchased a loveseat, kitchen table and chairs in May 2018 and a bed in August 2018 from Value City East...I am having an issue with the loveseat on one side it has a slight leave and I called and asked them to send someone out to check it out and they did yesterday Dec. 13th 2018 and was told because I sit close to the arm instead of in the middle of the cushion there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. My family and I were looking for a bedroom set for my 13 year old son and Tiffany greeted us. She was very nice a personable at this time. Horrible customer service. I ordered and paid in full for a 3 piece sectional. I knew it was a popular set and agreed to wait 2 months for delivery. What a mistake. Only 3 day before delivery (and 3 hours after a delivery confirmation call) I receive a call telling me that the set is still unavailable and the new "estimated" delivery date is now January 15, 2019. If I could leave negative stars I would. I’ve never in my life had a worse experience of any kind.... We ordered a dinning room table online. When they first delivered it they drove through my yard causing damage and they table they brought was defective. A manger was supposed to call us to deal with both issues. This never happened. I wish I could give this company 0 stars. My fiancé and I bought a $2400 furniture set called the Big Softie on October 20, 2018. It was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. The delivery drivers threatened to leave after 2 minutes of my fiancé not being here. When they arrived, they were throwing things on the floor and rushing around. Went in placed my order November 23rd with an expected delivery date of December 30th. Yes that's quite a wait but after months of searching for the perfect fit and material I was willing to wait. My "sales rep" stated no worries thats just the expected date, I'm more than likely sure you will receive it before then. So I was like okay cool. Our experience with American Signature Furniture located in ********, GA was the most horrible, stressful, unprofessional experience ever encountered. We purchased on 11/16 a bedroom suite costing approximately $5,800 dollars. We were assured delivery at the latest 11/23, and as of today 11/26 we still do not have a complete delivery. I order 4 Fiero Theatre seats from American Signature Furniture in Smyrna Ga. Sept 14th was my delivery and they delivered the 4 seats but one did not have the power transformer in the box. They told my wife that "WE" can go pick it up. I immediately called them and they told me "Yes sir the cord is here you can pick it up when you want".
