I purchased an extended warranty for my recliner when I purchased it at Value City Furniture. I had mechanical problems in June . It's almost October and the still haven't repaired it. They have made an appointment every month to come out and then they cancel the day before they come. My next appointment is the end of October but I can't help but wonder if they will cancel again!!

Had an awful experience with manager of delivery ***** at the ******* Township store. I will never go back. He was rude, threatened to charge my account more money. Not sure how he can be a manager! Rude! Do not shop there!

I wish I can give zero stars. I placed an order Jun 30th 2021, was supposed to be delivered on August 7th 2021...receive a call saying all items are not in stock; so they moved delivery date by a month. September 7th 2021 was the moved date, got an email saying it's on its way including estimated time.. They didnt show up,, got another email saying its out of stock,, how can it be out of stock when I already receive a delivery time window? So what happen? They moved the date to September 23rd 2021. I wish I can give zero stars. I placed an order Jun 30th 2021, was supposed to be delivered on August 7th 2021...receive a call saying all items are not in stock; so they moved delivery date by a month. September 7th 2021 was the moved date, got an email saying it's on its way including estimated time.. I purchased approximately ****** dollars of furniture from Value City furniture on ***************** in ******** **** two years ago. Among this was leather couch and loveseat that cost over *******. They sold me a 5 year warranty called pure promise that was supposed to cover any defects or damage. The couch and loveseat have worn thin and discolored from normal use. The loveseat is so thin there are two holes with stuffing coming out. I have made numerous calls to Value City and to the pure promise and they refuse to even i... read more

American Signature is the worst...I purchased a bedroom set $5900 on 9/6. It was schedule to be delivered on 9/23 between 7:45-10:45am. I received a call on 9/22 after 6:30pm stating it will be reschedule to 9/30. That the truck broke down with our items on it. The young lady had an attitude with me for asking questions about my stuff not being delivered. Now, I'm questioning if, my stuff will be delivered on 9/30.
