Zero stars !!! Terrible service !!! 1 purchase six deliveries nothing right in the ***********, Pennsylvania store . Management is terrible poor customer service . Outside delivery company tried to smoke pot in my house .
If I could leave less then this star I would 100% the worst company I have ever dealt with and clearly I’m not alone in feeling this way!!! Ordered bed on March 9...Promised it on March 30...NO BED DELIVERED. I rec'd a delivery date of March 30, April 3, April 5, now April 25. Value City sold a bed they DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK. THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR A BED WHICH THEY DO NOT HAVE IN INVENTORY. The same bed is available online for sale now as if they have it in stock AND THEY DO NOT HAVE IT. Three years back I made a big furniture purchase from this place and bought warranty along with the purchase since I know that peeling of the fabric is a very common problem you face, salesperson clearly told me that peeling is covered under the warranty and I can rest assure that the store will take care of it if any issues during the warranty period. We bought a couch from this value city and they sold us a "pure promise" 5 year warranty. The inside part of the sofa ripped causing people to sink into the couch when they sat down. When we found the rip, we tried to file a complaint to use our warranty. They asked for pictures, then asked for different pictures, then asked for a video of someone sitting down and sinking into the couch then asked for a "live stream." Absolutely the WORST experience with any company I have EVER dealt with!! Value city furniture in eastgate is awful. I have NEVER publicly shamed any company but I do not want anyone to waste their time with this company. We bought a sectional which was delivered ripped. I would like to start out by saying, my complaint is not about this particular store per say but about the company in general. I purchased a mirror online on 3/02/2019. After receiving the initial notification that my order was available for pick-up I went to rent a vehicle , pick it up, and hired a gentlemen to come and hang it.
