I purchased an item and received it on October 14, on October 17 I contacted customer service to return the item. CS asked for additional information on October 18 which I provided on the same day. I didnt hear from them so I called on the October 21 they said it was too late to return the item because I had gone past the 7 day return policy. Poor customer service and general manager is condescending with a smile and friendly voice . Bought a **************** mattress and after 6 wks the mattress dipped in center severely . Tech came out to evaluate to see if we are eligible for a replacement and stated its the worst hes seen . Went back to the store for refund was denied . ** said he can exchange only . We picked another brand less expensive because we didnt trust the **************** brand again. ** wouldnt give a refund for the less expensive model instead gav... read more

Bought a sectional sofa from Value City Furniture, ******, **. Middle piece connected perfectly on one side and has a huge gap on the other side. Complained about it and company has sent a technician. Technician agreed that yes it is a problem, there is a gap but he said I can not do anything about it. It is a manufacturing problem and told that company will call me. I waited for more than a week, no one called. Finally I called and a customer service agent answered. Bought a sectional sofa from Value City Furniture, ******, **. Middle piece connected perfectly on one side and has a huge gap on the other side. We ordered a new bedroom suit but did not like the top mattress. I called the company the next day to request an exchange. Even though the mattress was not used, they said we did not qualify for a return because we did not purchase insurance when we bought the bedroom suit which was over $3,000.I will never shop there again and am warning others about Value City Furniture's (aka VCF) terrible policies and customer service.

I bought a bed from there, the bed was fragile so I called to see how I return it. The store on Maple Rd said I have to call the ***** number. When I spoke to them they said to call the store. So after getting the run around for over the 7 day return policy I got stuck with the bed. Now the bed is broken and this was in august. I called to get a refund and I got nowhere. So they said an earlier delivery for October 12th instead of Novemeber. Yet again I have a delay until December 23. I am disgusted because I spent my money ... read more
