I am incredibly regretful that we chose to purchase our furniture from Value City. We ordered and paid cash for our living room furniture in April and had to wait until September for delivery. That part was ok considering we had a special request. Our furniture was finally delivered, however only 3 out of 4 pieces were delivered. I contacted the store immediately and was given the run-around. We were never able to speak with a manager to express our concerns. DO NOT BUY HERE....I bought a reclining couch and reclining loveseat combo a few years back. My first big furniture purchase. Value City, ******** ****. The set was called the ************ was supposed to be bonded leather. It was not bonded leather. The armrests and backs just started peeling away a few months in, exposing the foam underneath. Turns out the covering is no thicker than a bread bag. I am not even in this room everyday ! Absolute garbage. I got scammed big time. I had to throw each piece away in less than 2 ye... read more

I ordered a couch from VCF on 05/01/21 with a delivery date of 08/05/21. I was moving at the beginning of June and although I was disheartened having to wait for two months to get the couch, I figured that wasnt so bad considering the horror stories I had heard from friends having to wait more than that. I ordered a couch from VCF on 05/01/21 with a delivery date of 08/05/21. I purchase a sleep bed from Value City, the sales person seem to be in outer space. He said he under charge me and I owe him $10 after he had use by credit card for another amount. Today the delivery persons came in with my bed. He was annoyed that according to him, there was not sufficient space for him to put up the bed due to a mattress for the bed was in his way. He order me, a 78 year old woman to remove the mattress and then said, what in h*** is wrong with you, didnt you hear what in ****, I said. I could not believe,... read more

I purchased an extended warranty for my recliner when I purchased it at Value City Furniture. I had mechanical problems in June . It's almost October and the still haven't repaired it. They have made an appointment every month to come out and then they cancel the day before they come. My next appointment is the end of October but I can't help but wonder if they will cancel again!!
