I also have an issue with the so called "warranty" that they sell. We submitted a claim on the warranty and the issue was a couple spots on the couch on the bottom cushions and a major issue on the back cushions on the seating area. They then said after sending someone out to look at it that it wasn't covered due to the fact that it isn't in the seating area! Well if that isn't the seating area then what is considered the seating area? So we called again and this time it was a different reason they couldn't cover it. They do... read more

WOW!!! What an amazing experience did me and my wife have at American Signature on Bird Road. We walked in and was immediately asked to be helped by Roy C*** and we are very glad he did. He was very proffesional, straight forward, and helpful from the start to finish. He gave us privacy and was not pushy at all throughout the whole process. Bought a section from Value City Furniture and bought the protection plan with it. When I called because the couch had a rip under the cushion and the frame broke, they denied the claim and said "misuse, or abuse." I asked for specifics on how they came to this confusion and they would not reply. The warranty states that it cover accidental damage so I dont get it. Waste of money on a scam warranty, I called the corporate office and ask to speak with the representative for the warranty company who works in the home office fo... read more

i purchased a bedroom suite which was delivered May 19th but I understood that the mirror would be delayed until June 9th. The first week of June a lady from the store called and left a message that the mirror would not be available until August 1st. She left no name and when i called back I was told that they would call around to see if they could get the mirror and call me back before closing. I asked for specifics on how they came to this confusion and they would not reply. They would reply within 24 hours before and then were silent for 4 business days. The warranty states that it cover accidental damage so I dont get it. Waste of money on a scam warranty.

I would like to state that I have spent a lot of money at this store...not always pleased with the sales pitch but I seem to find furniture here I like. I purchased a couch and ottoman in July of 2017 for over 2000$. It looks like it’s 20 years old...like an old sweater with pills all over it. They want to replace one cushion at a time... what do these people not understand...it’s going to look the same in 6 months!! It’s chaeaper for them to replace the couch...it’s just ridiculous that you spend money and buy the 5yr warra... read more

This is to advise of the terrible customer service provided from VCF store location New Carrollton, MD. I purchased a twin / full bunk bed, 2 twin bunk boards, 1 full bunk board, 2 twin mattress, 1 full mattress and twin trundle. On the day of delivery I only received twin / full bunk bed, 2 twin bunk boards, 1 full bunk board and 1 twin mattress and 1 full mattress. Absolutely unbelievable!! Ordered my furniture online. Never was given an option to select a delivery date. The date I was given, luckily, I did not work that night or the night before (I work 12 hour overnight shifts). I continually checked my delivery status to see if a time would automate starting a week before my delivery. The DAY prior to my scheduled delivery I received a call from the store regarding my delivery. I was in VCF two weeks ago May 2nd, 2018. I bought a picture, book shelf and plant. I went over my receipt with the sales girl who worked with me. I received the delivery for the art/picture and the book shelf on May 4th, 2018. The plant was on back order. Wednesday night, May 9th, 2018 at home checking emails i see an email about a warranty i purchased. i immediately called the number because i knew this was a mistake. i had not ordered any furniture that required a warranty.
