My parents brought a matters and was a bad quality matters, after like two months that we make several call and visit and the Schaumburg IL store they sent a inspector at home he verify that the matters was bad. They said that the delivery was on Jun 13/2021. And now every week I received one call from them and gave me different delivery dates Jun 13/2021, Jun 15/2021, Jun 19/2021, Jun 25/2021 and now Jul 20/2021. Also on Jun/19/2021 they arrived at my parents house to pick up the bad matters with out living the new matters.... read more
Very frustrated and belittled by the manager at value city on Old Clairton Rd in Pittsburgh Pa. After purchasing two items in March to be delivered on June 22nd, I was told that the items would NOT be delivered and that I was not charged for delivery. The manager went on to say that he had to use all of his trucks and other store locations and items would not be available until July 9. Nobody called me to tell me that this was the case. And nobody refunded the $159 on my credit card that was paying for the delivery service. ... read more

I am beyond disappointed in the customer service of VCF. My husband and i ordered a full bedroom set on 2/13/2021. It was scheduled to deliver on 5/17/2021. In April we went in to add some items to the order so it would all get delivered at the same time. One of the items was a display item they no longer carried or sold. Our sales guy was out for the day. They were supposed to have him put a SKU number on the item and he was to call us the next day when he came in to complete the adding of items we wanted. Have been trying to get my sectional and ottoman that I paid $1600 for delivered for 3 months now. Screwed up delivery and communication so much that I feel like I will never receive my furniture, nor will I get my money back. Rude client customer service staff who do not care about anything. Do not ever order from them. Will never purchase a single item from them again.
CF…VALUE CITY FURNITURE Now that I have my money back let me share some trifling stuff with yall. I walked into Value City to purchase just a bed, bench to match, and a lamp…cash no payments no nothing, cash let me mention how I was offered financing which gets you locked into payments until they get the furniture which I never would find with them. Terrible experience. Will never purchase from them again. Totally horrible quality. Delivered a broken love seat. Keep changing delivery date without notifying me. Ordered in March and still can't use loveseat. Customer service is nonexistent. Absolutely horrible!!
