Alpharetta GA Location....Buying experience was fine. Ann C***** was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were so excited for our new bedroom set. However the only positive experience we had was with Ann. We ordered our furniture 4/10/21 and was told it would be delivered 6/8/21. We were willing to wait because we loved the set we found. 2 weeks prior to delivery we were told our mattress would be delayed until 7/13/21 but the rest would be there 6/8/22 as initially told to us. They made me wait months to receive my furniture. I called multiple times to confirm that my furniture would be delivered on a certain day and it was not. I asked to speak with the manager and she was incredibly rude and laughed!!!! I have e-mails and text messages saying my furniture will be delivered and nobody ever showed up, they are now giving me another date when the furniture will show but will it? Who knows!! The absolute disregard for customer service is insane. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

They made me wait months to receive my furniture. I called multiple times to confirm that my furniture would be delivered on a certain day and it was not. Be very careful buying furniture from Value City Furniture. I purchased a couch from them and in less than a year it felt like it had a broken spring. I purchased the Insurance from Warranty Service. I filed a claim and they had a technician come out to look at the couch. He said it had spring damage and would have to be replaced. I was notified that it was eligible for a cash payment or a replacement. I opted to get a replacement. Big mistake. They contacted the store so they could order the replacement. I have ordered furniture on 2/14 2021 I received faulty furniture and have been lied to about the replacement switch multiple times. I even took a vacation day waiting for the repair man to arrive. I was told he was in route in one call, then after hours I called back. When I spoke to the service center again I was told the repair man was 2.5 hours away working on another customer. Have been trying to get my sectional and ottoman that I paid $1600 for delivered for 3 months now. Screwed up delivery and communication so much that I feel like I will never receive my furniture, nor will I get my money back. Rude client customer service staff who do not care about anything. Do not ever order from them. Will never purchase a single item from them again.
