I ordered a dining room set the last quarter of 2020 [due to Covid 19/global pandemic- patience and understanding granted] I received the glass top, base and three (3) chairs April 9th & the fourth April 20th. The furniture arrived with chips, nicks, scratches, etc...the chairs had dirt marks on them - SMH...I contacted customer service to express my disappointment, etc..., received a lack luster apology and was informed a furniture technician would set up an appointment to make the repairs and if that wasn't accomplished th... read more
This place has screwed us in the past and we thought we would give them another chance. Ordered bedroom furniture for my daughter MARCH 7!! Delivery was to be end of May. We were told NO later. I can wait 2 months. Then they pushed it out SIX more times until the end of August. What a joke and waste of time. Same excuse that the delay is industry wide. What a complete joke this place is. I was able to order and PICK UP a new bedroom set in less than 2 weeks elsewhere! No wonder why they have such terrible reviews and a 1 sta... read more

Purchased a Bedroom suite paid for delivery and set up my furniture was set up improperly the service guys left around 20 nuts,bolts and screws in the dresser drawer the lights don't work on the bed the slants and risers were not on the bed to support it my husband and I had to sleep on the floor for 3 weeks scared the bed would fall with no support. The service guy end up making us a makeshift support after months of complaining still haven't got what I paid for I will never shop at vcf again and will make sure I tell every... read more

I ordered a sectional from VCF on 3/28/2021 They said it would arrive 6/23/21. They called to tell me 1 piece will be delivered on 6/22/2021 and the other 2 pieces wouldn’t arrive until 7/22/21 and have told me it’s not even guaranteed it will come. I find this to be very poor business because when I was in the store they told me it will arrive on or before those dates. For someone to tell me it may or may not come on July 22 is horrible.
