Worse place EVER to buy from. Shame on you guys. Absolutely ZERO care for customer. I placed an order and waited more than 2 weeks and never received the order. Most importantly NO ONE ever called me.

Delivery and set up was great but the service after the sale of a $6000 leather sectional sofa is not good at all. One end on sectional is stuck reclined out and your tech said it needed a new motor and they would be back to repair in 2 weeks and that's been about 4 weeks ago. If you can't get a motor then give me another end of the couch or get a motor off one in the warehouse. I'm a Director of a car dealer and yes, I take parts off New cars in order to take care of a customer but that would be something a customer service... read more

I purchased a King bed on 9/14. The bed was scheduled for delivery on 9/30. I called VCF on 9/22 to confirm date of delivery. I was then advised there is a delay on the delivery to 10/10. I moved forward preparing for the next delivery date. On 10/10 my delivery was scheduled from 3:45p-6:45p. I called 5 minutes prior to my delivery window time to inquire is the delivery drivers on track for my delivery and how many stops do they have prior to my delivery.
