I purchased a $5000.00 leather sectional from Value City with their 5 year warranty. I purchased this warranty because it was supposed to cover stains, punctures etc. I filed two claims with them. The first was for stains I could not remove. There were a couple of stains that I included in my claim for a couple sections in the sectional. I bought my couch from Value City Furniture on brookpark road on September 17th, 2023. It is now Novemeber 26th 2023. I have only received one peice of my 3 piece couch. They told me it was in stock and ready for pick up but when I get to the store they say it won't be ready until next week. Always next week. It's been going on like this for 2 months and I'm done calling them, done waiting. I just want what I purchased. This store is full of lies.

They waited until the day before delivery to say they can't deliver until another week later as if they are doing me a favor .
