RecommendedWhitney was extremely helpful. She was not a sales person but was super attentive and answered all of our questions. The sales person, Trevor, was too busy talking with another staff person to be bothered and seemed put out to have to ring us up. Whitney printed out the owners manual and installation guide for us. Perhaps she should be in sales and Trevor can put prices on the items.
RecommendedI highly recommend the Sears outlet store in Pittsburgh, we had Great service, it was a busy Saturday morning when we were there and we had to sign up for the leasing program. Even thou we had to wait for our turn they worked very efficiently to take care of us and the other customer's. We also saved about 800.00 on a Refigerator and Oven.
RecommendedWe walked in and Ms Shawnia took care of us. It was early Saturday morning 07 Mar 20 and she made sure we got on the delivery schedule and even did the paperwork for us even after I told her I was unsure. The way she took care of us I will be returning again to purchase from that store!
RecommendedOur salesman was a delight to work with. Tim patiently worked with us for over an hour to make a good decision on our dryer purchase and he was so friendly and helpful. Seth and Jess were super pleasant as well! Seth even whistled and danced for us as he delivered the dryer into our vehicle. Great experience ~ and we were so happy to get our dryer for half the cost of new!

Jose helped us on Friday, he was very friendly and very helpful as well. Dustin and Phillip delivered and connected our fridge they explained everything to us I great detail, very professional and courteous.
RecommendedWe bought a French Door Fridge. The gentleman that helped us was great, but he was with another customer when we made our choice. Shawna, the new store manager was AMAZING yall !!! So sweet and personable. We will definitely be back !
