Horrible customer service. Ordered item online. Never received call regarding the scheduling of the delivery. I called them only to find out the item was no longer in stock and the order was canceled. That was a almost a month ago. I have not received a refund nor have I received any information at all regarding my order. I’ve called twice and been given the run around. “Give the refund another 24 hours”, then give the refund another “2-3 days.” I requested a manager and supposedly one was not available. Horrible! They NEVER have the cheaper version in stock..always the higher price. Every time! Also, they couldnt look up from their phone long enough to make a sale. Will not go back to this store! Unfortunate. I have purchased a lot here in the past.
