A year ago my elderly mother purchased a stacked washer dryer (and extended warranty) from this store. This brand new machine has broken down twice in ONE YEAR. My mother is currently waiting--one month and counting--for her broken washer to be repaired. Sears Outlet's warranty department has offered her excuses and $50 to use at a laundry mat. I would not buy anything from this store.

I have contacted them twice about getting an invoice emailed to me to finish my insurance claim on the couch they sold me because apparently I bought insurance which doesn’t have WHAT I HAVE INSURANCE ON on the policy.... both times I’ve called they have said they would get it emailed and both time I’ve received nothin. When trying to reach them to find out what I should do about the stain I was told they “weren’t a cleaning service” and I needed to contact and furniture steaming place in town.
