I am currently renovating my first house & I went to Sears Outlet for a new refrigerator & dishwasher. I got a fridge that didn't have all the parts and from day one the Manager Adam was on point. We ended up not being able to get all the parts I needed so he swapped the fridge for a new one. Through the entire process though both he & Naomi were the BEST!!!!!!!!! Well after getting our fridge a few weeks ago the fridge wasn’t cooling down and realized it was over 40 degrees. Called the place and my wife had the phone ring for over 10 minutes with no one answering. I was gonna let it slide when they never called to let us know when it was coming and whoever answered that time gave my wife attitutude for just asking a simple question with no apology or anything but now with no one answering i see this place has no care for their customers. Very disappointed.
We purchased a microwave that was marked as new. It was missing parts for installation. We brought it back the next day and exchanged it for a better microwave for the same price, which was great. However, when we took the second microwave home, it didn't even turn on. It was also marked as new, but like the first one, had clearly been installed before. Unfortunately, we didn't spring for the warranty, but that probably would have been worth it.
