My wife was down at your store last night to purchase a new washer. While she was down there she was approached by your salesman Dale. First the Dale is trying to make jokes and is following my wife around the warehouse as she is attemptimg to find washers among a sea of dryers and this was after she told him what she was look looking for. He couldn't even point her in any type of direction. So after talking to me on the phone numerous times as I was at work at the time. We had a great experience at this Sears Outlet store! We were greeted immediately but also allowed us to look around without any pressure. Once we decided on a refrigerated, our salesperson, Leola, was nothing but amazing and professional. Everything went extremely well and we were very happy with our overall experience. Dale was such an incredible help to my grandmother in her selection of her new washing machine... that she asked my mother, to ask me, to make sure I gave him 5 Stars on Facebook for her.
