I went to the Sears Outlet in Willoughby yesterday to purchase an extra fridge for our basement and a chest freezer. I worked with Peter and Alan who were both very knowledgeable and provided me a wonderful customer service experience. Donna took care of my parents. Confirmed a delivery 3 different times today with Donna. The delivery never showed. Spoke with another manager who said there was nothing they could do, called the delivery service "Expo"who said we were lying and that they came to the home and called us to say they were at the house. No came. No one called. I work and if I didnt do my job correctly my boss would make me do it and do it better.
