RecommendedWent Sears Outlet to replace a dryer they sold me that malfunction and I'll tell you that there was a assistant manager named John that worked there and he was super awesome. He knew is stuff for sure. He was very knowledgeable of the products and the company's and the history. He's customer service was outstanding. Ask for him if you need help.
my dad bought a fridge on the 13th, paid for delivery, they still have yet to even call about it. I have called everyday since, with no luck of getting any information, the employees lie when they say that they will call you back. all around bad business. you would save time and money by simply buying a shredder then sticking your money in it, then trying to put said money back together.
