I came to Sears outlet on 51st street in Pittsburgh to purchase a refrigerator. I have shopped here for years I own rental property. I was overwhelmed by the large inventory. Ed was extremely helpful and he assisted me in choosing a unit new from the box. Delivery was 2-3 days. I highly recommend ED and shopping at Sears outlet. Ed tells me the inventory from all the closed stores are here and on sale.
Went w a friend who purchased a riding lawn mower. Ed was the salesman, very helpful and patient.
Went into the outlet store on 57 street to buy some parts for a gas dryer !! Edward the sales associate was quick to assist me and even though the parts are not available right here at this location he immediately called the parts number and ordered everything I needed for the dryer !! Thank you so much Edward for you knowledge and your help !!
