I use to like Sears Outlet. Never had any problems to now. Founded a stove and was told it would take two weeks to deliver, ok. Delivery date comes, no stove because there is no trucks, ok. Well, my went in the store to reschedule delivery which they told her two more days Sept 12th, ok and I called Rebecca a manager at the store and she told me on the 12th a store associate would be coming with the delivery to make sure everything goes right. Was on the entire floor alone! Was told by a service member they have a meeting and I would need to wait.
No they sold me a gas stove that was propane. Bought the warranty and they said there’s nothing they can do. I called and let the phone ring for over 10 minutes at the store with no answer. Edward Hammel I want to speak to you
