They sold me a defective fridge, then when trying to get it resolved multiple customer service reps just pushed me to "call the manufacturer to get it resolved". After speaking with the store the representative told me " just bring it up here, and pick another one", because its so easy to just load up a refrigerator, exchange it, and put in a, hopefully non-defective, unit...( not to mention getting it in the house) Spending your money here is a gamble, one that I will never take again; now I'm stuck with a $1200 piece of ga... read more

Never again will we be shopping at this store. The employees need to be better trained with the programs they are offering. We purchased a washer and dryer over a year ago, the employee made it seem like we were getting an excellent deal but never mention that if we didnt buy out we would only be "renting" our washer & dryer. So now we are still making payments more then three times what it would of been if we had paid cash.
