Very friendly staff and quality merch!
Bought appliance of website. Nobody called to schedule delivery. After 6 days of me calling a dozen times and being put on hold, then hung up on, I had to go to the physical store just to cancel and have me card refunded. . Took them 2 hours to even find my order. Terrible. Awful. I feel for the nice salespeople but I’d stay away. Found the same appliance on Amazon for less during a sale.
HORRIBLE SERVICE: I ordered a hose reel online from Sears Outlet on 5/27/18. Recieved an email on the 28th that it was shipped and even received a UPS tracking number. However UPS shows that "a label has been printed, we'll let you know when the product arrives for us to ship". That was it. A couple of weeks later, I called the 877 number and they contacted the specific store where it was supposedly shipped from - Pittsburgh Pennsylvania I believe. I have been to this location on a couple of occasions. They have a large variety of appliances, but other items for the home or sports as well. The last time I was there they didn't have the part I needed for my dryer, but an employee (Ed, I believe) was very helpful and even called up their corporate parts department to help me find what I needed. I would recommend, especially if you want a good deal on appliances.
Edward was super helpful and awesome!! He helped us find just what we were looking for and was funny and kind!

This store is the worst. Was supposed to get a fridge delivered yesterday between 2 and 4. Stayed home all dam day no call and no dam fridge. And nobody will answer the phone. Have let it ring for half an hour too no lie.... Where is my dam fridge at????? Guess I'll have to drive down there for the third time to kick some ass. PAY for fridge. PAY to have it delivered. And I got nothing. I am so pissed. U guy better look out cause here I come. Mad as hell
Went there today with my wife looking for a refrigerator Edward found one for us had it in the truck and at home within the hour, plus they pick up and deliver and take away your old refrigerator for $89
