Would not deliver fridge on scheduled time. Then refused to refund money. Terrible company. Do not forget you can take them to small claims court and get your money back quite easily.

This is a horrible company I don’t see how they are still in business. Went there to purchase a Samsung refrigerator we did our research so we j ew which model we were searching for an trying to get a deal. If I could give zero stars I WOULD!!! I bought a couch from American Freight in April 2022. I called in May 22 to find out how to file a warranty claim because the foot rest was not releasing when you pull the handle. It took me several weeks to get to the right website to file my claim. The store I purchased it from was absolutely NO help at all! If I was able to give them 0 stars I would. I canceled a order with them and they was supposed to put a portion of my refund back on my debit card and the rest they said corporate would be mailing me a check. I've been fighting with these people for almost 2 months about my remaining money. I still haven't received it. Everytime I call it's always a different story. They will rip you off. I don't recommend them at all!!!!!

I don't mind that "all sales are final," which they don't really proclaim. What I do mind is their deceptiveness. They show a bedroom set including a bed, but they don't make it plain that the bed is not included. When you search for box springs, they show you foundations, which are a different thing entirely, and they don't explain the difference.

Dishwasher I bought was junk. Im asking for a refund. Was missing parts and not ready for install as promised. Drain line was cut off and they gave a short one that was cracking. Water line was also not oem as promised. I just want money back and return item bought today. This is a shady company. Reporting to state.

I ordered a dresser/mirror and paid for next day delivery. I waited until late morning and no call, I called the location and they said there was no delivery driver. I had to drive down there to refund the next day delivery and waited I don't know how long for them to figure it out. Finally I scheduled a next week delivery and NO DELIVERY. I was told they got a big shipment and two guys were unloading a truck and guess what, no delivery. Only gave 1 star because I had to. Employees including the manager is very rude and **** at customer service. They are currently giving me a hard time with my warranty. I will never recommend them to anyone.

We bought a Fridge on 8/29 at that time the sales person offered an extended warranty, which we thought we didnt need since we were buying a good and reliable appliance. Guess what? The Fridge stopped working 2 days later, all ** food went to waste. I called them and they informed me that I was on my own and to contact the manufacturer. G.E will be able to come a week later.
