We purchased a refrigerator from American Freight last weekend. We were interested in a particular model and they had 3 units in stock. All three were listed as open box - like new condition. When we got to the store, all three refrigerators had dents or scratches. We picked out the best one and made our purchase. After we got home, we noticed that there is a shelf missing in the freezer and two light bulbs were missing. They do not take care of you on warranty. Tell you it's the manufacturer not them. They don't make the furniture just sell it that's the response I got for a seam that came apart within 6 months
I don't agree with any business that won't except returns after spending your hard earned money... Just know that consumers.
I Purchased a bed from the Charlotte ******** and had a Lil problem with it, but was able to get it resolved in a few days with no problems at all.I like the store and will definitely shop again.

My wife and I purchased a "new" refrigerator from their ******************* store near ******. I say "new" because when the fridge finally made it to our house, it was dented. The delivery person stated that I could refuse delivery or accept it and contact the store and they would either arrange for a refund, exchange, or a discount off the original price. Furniture is cheap. Pricing is great but the furniture does not last. Having to replace our couch we got 2 years ago because it has broken down already. We are going somewhere else. You truly get what you pay for.
i bought a refrigerator at this business located in ******, **, 4.5 days after delivery it is no longer operational and i have a refrigerator and freezer full of spoiled food. i did decline the store warranty when i bought his item. manufacture warranty is supposed to be good for 1 year. i did not expect that the item would fail to operate properly in less than five days and based on previous reviews (which i have now read and wished i had read prior) i am not the only consumer victim of their sales practices. buyers beware ... read more

I was delivered defective items that should have been covered by a warranty. When I talked to the store manager I was told to file a warranty claim online. There was conflicting information from what he said and what was available to choose so I drove 1 hr away to get assistance from the manager and he was condescending and rude.
