Horrible place! Back cushion was ripped upon opening and I sat down and I piece of wood ripped through the back of it, I keep getting the run around about a replacement so I called the corporate office and I told the lady the issue, she said all sales are final and they are "working with me" but don't hear from them until I call. Please take your money elsewhere to avoid the headache. The furniture is junk.

Yesterday April 3rd,2022 around noon I bought a dishwasher from American freight, and sales guys name *** ask me is I wanted to get protection plan, and I ask him are those appliance working? He mention they tested and everything is working is just a protection plan. I denied it and trust him because he is a sale guy know better. DON'T GO HERE! BEWARE!!!!!My husband and I came in 2 weeks ago to purchase a dishwasher. We decided on a stainless steel model for $429. When the sales person was ringing it up, he said not to worry that the paperwork said black, he would change it in the computer to the correct stainless steel sku when he places the order. We were told we would be called when it came in for pick up. We never got a call so we finally called them ourselves and found out it was in. I PURCHASED THE WARRANTY AND MY FRIDGE WENT OUT AT THE BEGGINING OF THE **** AND THEY STILL HAVENT FIX IT. THEY SCHEDULE AN APPOIMENT AND THEY NEVER SHOW UP AND WE ARE IN APRIL ALREADY

We needed a reasonably priced second fridge. I looked online and found one we liked. Upon arrival the salesperson directed us to the size we wanted. There were several there some beat up pretty badly. We selected one with pretty minimal damage. While checking out the salesperson tried to hard sell us some warranty. When he went to ring it up he said Oh it looks like we raised prices on these last week but this one got missed. It will be another $60. I said ahh NO! Dont do business here! This place uses deceptive advertising in ads they place on the ******* Bing, and others to falsely claim they are ***** Outlet - Now American Freight. I even called to see if they were a ***** store and they said yes they are a ***** outlet. I drive over 20 minutes to get there but the sign on the building says American Freight.
