There finance company are thieves. Ripping people out of there money. If you finance they most be paid off in 3 months. If not you will be paying for 4 products instead of one.. There products are ok. Just don't finance anything thru them. They also are a scratch and dent place. But the insurance you purchase thru them doesn't kick in for 30days. The want you to contact the brand of whatever you bought for a fix.
Terrible service and outsourcing model. I purchased a dishwasher from this company in July 2020. I should have known there were issues when several parts were missing but the company addressed those issues in a timely manner. However, we recently noticed that the dishwasher (GE) was not working and reached out directly to GE to understand the issue. I will NEVER buy from American Freight again!!! The slats for the bed broke within a day, even though I asked for a bed that could hold extra weight! Now the box springs and mattress are just laying on the floor. Also, the sectional we purchased is horrible made. The lumbar supports have already broke in two spots, and all we do it sit on the couch. Horribly made products! Sad that I spend soooo much money at that store!

The store offered an exchange which was refused and the store is unable to assist further once a chargeback has been processed. This company refuses to deliver my furnisher, after I have purchased it a month ago, on layaway. I believe I am being provided this poor customer service because of the fact that I am an intelligent Black man. The company just informed me that they are delivering part of my bedroom set purchase. I bought a side by side refrigerator 11/07/2021. It was delivered 2 days later and the day after it was delivered it stopped working. American Frieght will not return or exchange this refrigerator, nor can I use the extended warranty I purchased extra for this refrigerator. I was told that my refrigerator has a 1yr warranty through Fridgedaire and I would have to have Fridgedaire fix my problem. I purchased a bunk bed with in March. I was told it would ***********-8 weeks to be delivered since they have the bed my kids wanted in stock.
