Bought furniture 6 months ago done made two claims since bought new remind you furniture varly sat on. Over $1k wasted warranty does nothing for you but having their techs in your home. Couch spring shot thru floor. Padding is worn like we've owned for yrs.. Company just refuses to replace any thing nor fix issues. Very unsatisfied with this whole ordeal

I was lied to by Elise in sales. I had a big purchase and was not going to buy after learning they do not assemble furniture. To save her commission she lied and said they made an exception and would put it together. She also said I was their only delivery today. The delivery guys were not told, it wasn't in writing and JT, the general manager only cared about a survey rating. He was very uncaring and was pushing me to work with him on the rest of my furniture. I wish I would have researched the company before the purchase. ... read more

Horrible that management knows nothing about the products they have or sell. No matter what the issue all sales are final even if it’s there fault. I had to put together my own furniture that I paid lots of money and insurance for. It’s cheap furniture and a rip off. This store is only concerned about getting paid and not interested in taking care of any problems the customer has with their products. $2,000 is a lot of money, having to put your own furniture together and not being able to get help when you constantly have pr... read more
