Man these men are amazing! No really..... the delivery was on time the customer service was INCREDIBLE. The manager was such a caring accommodating and helpful person... very understanding and solved my dilemma beyond my expectations!!!. I bought my Tide Cuddler sectional @ the (Cinci or Mulhauser store I believe ) and the new manager there was just amazing! Poor Business I ordered a product they told me several.they changed the time & kept changing for the delivery time ...they have yet to deliver my items that I pay for a day in advance ....they have not responded once called....the driver Was aloof about what was going on ...:I would never recommend they to no one

I was very upset after ordering a recliner online for my 77 yo dad. Ordering online I chose to have it delivered which was $149. No problem, willing to pay that cause I assumed (shouldn't have) that would include taking out of crate and assembling the recliner. There was no where on the website that said otherwise. My dad lives in a senior apartment, he called me after it was delivered. Not only didn't they assemble the recliner, they said they weren't even allowed per policy to take it out of the crate. If I could leave 0 stars I would! Ive made 2 large purchases at American Freight *************, ** with the sales manger named ****. Today topped it off. Yesterday when we went to purchase our bedroom furniture **** was eating her ************* burger while checking ** out. We were under the understanding our furniture would be delivered and set up of boy we were wrong. They just delivered the furniture in boxes and set it in our bedroom for $150. Ridiculous! Bought a NEW wash machine from this store (was sold with a one year warranty )Also purchased the 3 year extended warranty . 8 months in the washer stopped working. Called customer service who informed me to call Whirlpool. Whirlpool said that since it was purchased thru American Freight there is no manufacturer warranty . Going back and both with this company who says they have it handled and it is covered. 5 weeks later and 5 weekends at a laundry mat still do not have a working machine. First time experience with this company, walked in ..picked a couch out with tables .Signed documents and the original purchase price on the tag was less than my total ****..this wasnt explained to me properly Contingent on purchasing I said can you have it delivered sameday.120$ yes I was told ..great ."Well call you on way and delivery by 5"No call ..I CALLED them at 515.." drivers helper didnt show , it will be there by tomorrow (fathers day) we open at 11..you'll get it by 12""If you want it today go get a uhaul and come... read more

Went to American freight yesterday I'm pregnant got rid of my bed they told me I'd have it delivered today I waited all day with my kids now I don't have a bed and their response was oh he's not in today and I said well what are you going to do about it well he's not at work so he's not going to care well I should at least get my delivery fee waived since I paid **** near $1,000 now I get no bed for 24 hours being pregnant

If could give them NEGATIVE stars I would. I originally purchased a couch, loveseat, and ottoman in February 2022. This place has such dishonest, and unethical sales practices it is beyond belief. The manager stated that he was including the warranty, which I declined, but it was still figured into my final price. Delivery, which the items were delivered with the legs dangling on, delivery personnel just placed it in the middle of the floor and left, which I had to move it and finish installing the legs on it myself.
