Purchased a freezer on line 12/21/21. The invoice includes model #, Item# and serial #. I received an email stating I could pick up the freezer when the *********** ** store opened so I rented a trailer and drove 30 miles to get it. My salesman at American Freight told me I was buying a used washer and dryer, I brought it home, and the washer didnt agitate. I called Maytag (as the store manager instructed me to do) and I told him it was used. I was then charged $120 for a service fee. They completely lost my trust. Dont use their financing ......they will rip you off! What you will pay in daily financing charges will surpass the value of what you are actually getting. I wanted to pay cash, but they said if I did that it would take 2 weeks for them to deliver the fridge, but if I used their financing they could delivery the fridge in the end of the week. If the customer purchases using the financing option, the contract is with American First Finance, not American Freight, and all the terms and fees are shared with the customer via email during the approval process. The customer signs that contract before the sale is completed. American Freight accepts multiple tenders, including cash. Deliveries are scheduled based on availability. I purchased a fridge online and was set to be delivered the next day. I get a phone call saying they have refunded the delivery fee to my card and needs to be paid in cash, which sounded shady to me. Fridge gets here and in the process of trying to get upstairs completely scrapes up the handrail of my brand new house. Bought washer/dryer combo from ****** **. New! Horrible noise first time we used washer. Called and told by **** to call repairman. Repairman came today and today from washer at time of delivery. We have had it 3 weeks and could not use it! **** suggested my disabled husband pull it out and check for the rod. She said her service people would charge me to come back out!!! We have a warranty and it was American Freights error! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

I would rate this store a zero if I could. I have recently made 2 very large purchases over the last 2 months. The first time the delivery driver was over 2 hours late, which was no fault of the store. The second purchase went pretty well, we were excited we would have things delivered very next day.
