If I could give no stars, I absolutely would. I placed an order for a Kitchenaid fridge online on 12/3/21, scheduled my delivery for 12/7. On 12/7, I called the store because I hadn't heard any updates on my delivery, talked to **** and was basically told "Oh the website lets customers do things that stores can't always accommodate , we're short staffed, etc." I'm not sure why when my order came through to the store, they didn't call me to let me know that couldn't honor my original date. We bought bedroom suit in may 2021 it was about ******* the finance company takes out ***** a week we had it stopped they say we need to pay ******* we are not paying anymore the store didnt explain all this I got told December 24 2021 all people from the store was fired because of issues like this they are a big rip off stay away

I spent two hours attempting to buy 4 table chairs. The manager, ****, was trying to charge almost $200 more than what was showing on the website. I placed my order online, almost $400 was taken from my bank account. I got a confirmation email saying order was ready but the store said their was no record of it being placed. They refused to call corporate to see what was going on, I had to do that myself. 2 hours later and multiple attempts to speak to a manager, my order is STILL not cancelled and no manager will speak to me... read more

I purchased a refrigerator from this company and they offered 100 days same as cash. The trick is that if you forget that deal (because the company does not send or print out any paperwork) then on the 101st day You get pounded by charges from God knows because you know, (they do not send or print out paperwork) at a tune of 6 dollars and 70 cents each day!!!!!. I purchased my love seat and a couch not even an year on having this furniture it's already ripping from the seam on three out of four arms rest. Starting to stretch and cracks in the seats. The threading is coming out. I purchased the 5 year warranty and made a claim well I got denied they won't fix the problem. Now I have to buy new furniture some where else. You get what you paid for.

Be bought appliances and furniture from American Freight on11/26/2021. Washer is making noises because the dent was too big, and we did not notice the big dent.And washer is taking more than one hour per load to finish washing.Dryer is making noises. ZERO STAR REVIEW - Don't Waste Your *********** deliverers/installers (one man shocked himself - he obviously did not know what he was doing), days and $800 later, we still have no dryer. It was labeled "like new" (due to minor dents, scratches) in the store; however, on day 2 of installation I was informed it doesn't work at all. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO REFUNDS). THE WORST customer service experience I've ever had. And they claim, "we care about our customers!" - HA! I call BS. ****** learned

****** the manager was a very great funny loud amazing person my sales reps named ***** who was also amazing both answered my questions straight up didn't try to hide any details I didn't feel scammed they made you feel welcomed
