I ordered living room sets, bedroom sets and a table from this company. When I finally got my items (it took weeks) I was impressed. Everything started falling apart within 2 weeks. My pillows to my couch tore at the seams (I work Monday through Friday 7-4) so its not like we were home to actually cause this. The living room tables started peeling on the legs. My account is being debited and I don't have all of my furniture. When I call customer service, I get a recording from someone named ***** asking to leave a message but the mailbox is ALWAYS full. No one NEVER answers the phone at the store. I got through to customer service one time. They called the store and got no answer. DON'T waste your time or money shopping at the American freight in ***********. There's no customer service there at ALL

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is BY FAR the WORST place I have ever been to! They are sneaky and dishonest, their appliances sometimes work /and BEWARE of the "warranty" they offer you - it's basically the manufacture warranty and the extended warranty company said themselves that they are not a good business because the policies they offer are not the ones the company honors. I would give "0" stars...After not keeping the first delivery date and we had to reschedule (after we stayed home all day waiting on Black Friday), you delivered the wrong freezer (the freezer we bought was delivered to somebody else - nice upgrade for them) that didn't even work (was plugged in overnight and ... ***** and now you don't have another one for us. On November 7th I ordered an open-box deal washing machine online. On November 12th I was called by the store and told the machine I had ordered was not in inventory. My refund was already being processed and if I didn't see the funds after 3 days I should call back.On November 16th I called to inquire about my refund. We paid for warranty on our loveseat. been waiting months to get fixed. keep getting the run around. I will never buy furniture from American Freight again. Their furniture falls apart quick, and does not back the warranty you pay extra for.

The furniture is bad quality and breaks easy. Very cheap quality. We bought the furniture over 6 months ago and it starting breaking right away. We replaced the furniture once - days to a week no more than 2 weeks later after purchase because of it breaking and now it is broken again both the couch and love seat.
