I give this company no stars. They are unprofessional and liars. I wont ever buy from this company again. They care nothing about the customers. They delivered the refrigerator and wouldnt take the old refrigerator out and left the new refrigerator in the back yard. After we were told they would take away the old refrigerator for 10 dollars. I talked to the store manager and he wasnt much help. He should be fired. I will warn my family and friends to stay away from this company. Its not worth the headache.
This is the worst company to shop with. To make a long story short, I ordered a range and I was told 3 different delivery dates before they even showed up, then when it did arrive it was awful, the drawer is broken and is just sitting crooked and cannot be used, the over cooks at a veery slow time, and the digital time does not work. I have asked 3 times for a replacement and I keep getting told that they will get a new one out to me or we will have the manager contact me. DO NOT shop with American Freight!!! They rarely have product in store. And I have been in recently after the guy manager took over, and it is going down hill: just by looking and watching the staff they are shory handed and they look so unhappy. The manager was super ***** and was rude to a couple of the workers there. I needed help he looked at me and turned and walked away. That just isn't a way to run a business!!!

Order a stove through the Shrewsbury store on August 4th with a delivery date of August 6th. I got a call after I ordered the stove that they could accommodate the delivery date and that they would call me on August 8th to set up a delivery for August 10th, August 8th came and went with no call. So I called them on Monday August 9th and the gentleman that answered the phone acted all surprised no one had called me and told me that they had no more delivery dates left open for that week due to the up coming tax free weekend. ... read more

I paid a small fortune for a top of the line bed. It was so uncomfortable it was ridiculous. We have a split king and my husbands side was fine. We figured out they were tagged the same but not the same. We got them exchanged and now barely a year old and its sloping. The local store cant help me. Tells me to call headquarters. Ive called and called and left messages. Ive sent pictures and everything else in for the warranty. I cant get a call back or anything.

American Freight records show the refund was processed on 8/17 to the MC used for the purchase so we sent the funds that day. There is no view of individual card activity once we release the funds. Different card providers have different rules for posting.
