I am out so much money. The delivery drivers couldn’t get my sofa into my very large basement. They damaged several walls, ceiling, banister, and door trying to make it fit. I ended up sending the sofa back for a refund. We found the exact same sofa and my son easily got it down without a single issue. The doors, stairs and hallway are big enough. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE My experience was as follows: On 6/8/2021 myself and my significant other went into the Decatur, GA Store to purchase Sofa, loveseat, recliner, bunkbeds and Rug. these items were paid for via the finance options. I paid for furniture over a year ago and got the warranty on it so when the couches stopped working right I used my warranty and they approved it and told me to go in the store to pick a new set or the same on well since the store no longer carries the same set I picked one a little different with a cheaper price so Alex told me he will put in the order for my set and it should be in but April 23rd so I told him that was fine, that day came and went a month past and I called and asked about it and now they no longer have a d... read more

Worst customer service ever. Promising delivery of an item and never following through it. They never reached out to communicate any delays, the customer has to constantly stay on top of them all to find out the item still won't be delivered. Asst. Manager avoided phone calls, didn't even listen to my concerns and certainly never bothered to try and resolve things in a timely manner. He even called me "love" in an attempt to calm me down during one of our non productive conversations.

We bought this refrigerator on March 14th of 2021 and by the 18th. it quit working. They have sent out 4 different service people and they tell us it is fixed but then it never get to temp. Our refrigerator has never gotten below 50 degrees. we have lost almost 3000.00 in food which they do not want to reimburse us for. I will never recommend any of Sears products after all of the problems we have had with this and all the money we have lost.

Worst company ever to do business with I have had three living room sets already one broke in less than a year the whole frame they brought me another loveseat and couldn’t get me the couch or the recliner that I ordered we waited months on that they sold it out from under us then they brought me another couch and reclining couch and the guy told me he would put the loveseat and recliner on layaway till I got the warranty on the loveseat which the cushions flattened and sunk in and you were sitting on the wood frame then I c... read more

It has now been over four months since we ordered a dryer. Upon hooking it up, the delivery company determined was too damaged to use and took it back to the store. Meanwhile, our money was NEVER refunded. We have tried numerous times to contact the store directly only to be ignored. I purchased a brand new dryer from American Freight in Tucker,GA. The appliance did not work. It was brand new in the box. I got a warranty and called the manufacturer, Sears, who jerked me around until finally it was serviced. However the dryer still did not heat. I cannot get my money back and the dryer doesn't work.
