I was ready to pay for my purchase, but the lady who was helping mentioned I could do their financing option for 0% interest for 101 days. It seemed like a really nice option so I went for it. They were crooks before when they were the Sears Outlet. I suspect that's why they had to changer their name. I didn't know till I walked in and saw the same crooked owner in there. I had previously bought from Sears Outlet and was sold a faulty stackable washer dryer. They refused to replace it till I kept going back in all the time making a scene. Extremely disappointed I'm unable to pay off my account with a credit card other than **** or Mastercard. I find it baffling I can purchase items with other cards but unable to use them to pay off my ****. I believe it's a financial advantage (continued obscene interest rates) by the bank American Freight uses to finance purchases. To be told and denied the option to use a form of payment you allow purchases to be be made with is just not okay. K *******

Bought a beautiful sectional and ottoman when we bought our house. We literally were sitting on boxes because we knew we wanted new furniture. Staff was awesome and delivered same day on a Sunday. We fully expected to wait for delivery. Awesome service

This business should not be trusted. After ordering and paying for a fridge with them on 10/29, I scheduled a delivery for 11/4 and took off work to be available. On the day of, after not receiving the promised email with a delivery window, I checked my account which said the fridge was delivered. So, I called them. Hours 10 AM to 8 PM you guy only been there a week called 10 AM spoke with him once when online as instructed tried to call rest of the day till 8 PM nobody answered the phone one time and 10 hours you wouldve gotten my business had someone answered your phone You lost your $2000 deal with at least $300 a month payments and future business with me and my family and friends due to this reason alone that is bad business and if you dont have orientation for new people you should have someone in there that knows what theyre doin... read more
