I got a recliner from them not even a month ago.Its in horrible shape the wood is showing it took a chunk out of my leg when I went to sit down.There is no cushion in the chair it feels like you are sitting on wood. Horrible furniture

I have had to have 3 sets returned to company because the arm brake. I have another one that I have not had 6 months and it has done the same thing. I asked about buying a different set of furniture. I was willing to pay the $300 different in price. But they want me to take the same set I don't want the same set for it to happen again. I would not recommend you buy from them. Called main customer service and it still didn't help resolve this issue

Me and my husband went in the store and bought a mattress and a boxspring. It was supposed to be delivered the same day, but it wasn’t delivered until the next day and the mattress was damaged. They would not return any of my call so I had to call the corporate office seven times to finally get my refund back. I will never step foot in that store again.

They mislead me. Broke contract. Lied about it. Now I have to wait 3-6 weeks to get my money back. In the meantime sitting on the floor because I don't have money to pay for a second sofa. Very dishonest company.

American Freight in Newark DE. I can't talk about other American Freight stores. I did not purchase from them. This is not the place to buy anything. YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS. when I called about my problem and taked to them the person on the phone lied to me. The problem! I perchase a refigerator with ice maker. It could not be any clearer that it came with a ice maker. This year alone we bought 9 refigerator's from other dealers. We manager apartments. I bought more than $4200 dollars from this store, which I paid immediately in full as soon as I ordered my furniture, my order was sent too late, incomplete, and some things were wrong or did not work. Well! The issue is that in my order I ordered two folders, which I never received and they never returned my money. I ordered a sectional from American Freight that arrived late, unboxed, and smashed. I have spent the last 10 days calling their customer service team requesting they schedule a pickup of this destroyed item they sent me and replace it with an undamaged one. Each time I call they say they will reach out in 24-48 hours to coordinate pickup and begin the exchange process. They never do. Purchased a bedroom set all wood. I notice that a couple of weeks ago that these brown little beetles were on the bed (they are not bed bugs.) I wish I could give this company no stars! Like from the jump them and their dumb ass warranty company is a legit scam! They sale you janky furniture and they are no help replacing it! I really hate that these companies don’t care about how hard ppl work for their money and they just scam u because they can
