Purchased a French Door Refrigerator and it was delivered on June 21, 2023 which I had to pay a fee. At the time of the delivery the delivery men that they used installed my refrigerator and damaged the meat drawer and put the doors on uneven, which I had to call G.E, customer service to fix. I have called, spoken to many people, including tje manager, sent emails and and I have gotten is the run around. Couldn't have had a better experience! The store manager Jake, went above and beyond for me. I had to wait longer due to the manufacturer being low on my item but Jake called me with all updates. The way he kept me updated and the experience i had working with him, shows how much he cares about his job. I tried to recruit him but he is loyal to his company and I respect that very much. Thanks Jake!! I will be coming back to see you soon.
Horrible company and will not honor their word. My sister and I went mattress shopping for labor day 2023. We found 3 mattresses she wanted. She applied for the financing they offer which by the way is a complete scam. If she didn't pay it off in 101 days she would pay 1100 dollars in interest on the 850 dollar mattresses. There was 2 full mattress and 1 king. They guy quoted the wrong price for the full beds they wanted. He showed us the cheap beds he priced and they were not suitable for the kids. They were almost like mat... read more
