I am very disappointed in the lack of concern and appreciation of the customers. I regret visiting the store to purchase my appliances. I was lied to several times. Now they won't answer my calls. The advertisement says same day delivery, this is day 6 and I still don't have my appliances. Since they lied to me I've had to spend money for food from restaurants. TOTALLY CORRUPT COMPANY. THEIR LISTINGS WILL SHOW DIFFERENT PRICES BASED ON THE RELATIVE CONDITION OF IDENTICAL MACHINES. THE HIGHEST PRICED ALWAYS ADVERTISED AS " LIKE NEW WITH NO VISIBLE DAMAGE". Bought the Valencia pub glass kitchen table 08-2020 and it just exploded, shattered while in another room. Didn't use this too much and nothing was on top of this. No reason this should shatter all over. Could be very dangerous for consumers.. Something is wrong with this design.. I got pictures if I can post them...Store can't do anything about this...
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Do not buy any appliance from this company ever. Purchased a fridgedaire as a gift in june of 2022.. They loaded it on the truck once unwrapped, there were dents and dings along with a burn out light bulb..Should have been a huge Red Flag how does a new fridge have a burnt bulb.. I emailed and called the store immediately..I compromised with the manager and accepted the best warranty they offered at there expense.. This was a gift.. I should have returned it.. Ordered a bedroom set for my son room and a couch set. Had 3-4 different headboards and frames that never fitted. First the employees called off and I never received a call to know that they were not coming. I called at almost 5 pm and was told that they send automated calls and generated voicemails if not answered which I never received. A nightmare experience! Bait-and-switch on fees, no support or ownership when things went wrong, shakedown from delivery svc, and multiple conflicting stories/excuses from staff.
