I wish I could give zero stars because 1 star is too many. I purchased a mattress on the website and had my cousin pick it up for me due to he had a truck. As soon as my cousin pulled up w/ the mattress I called the company to return the mattress. It was horrible and thin and it should be crime to sell that thing. I was told I couldn't return it due to their policy. Now I have a mattress I can't use unless I want to be at a chiropractor for back pain. Now I have to go somewhere else and purchase another mattress.??

So I tried to buy a $1,500 couch from these folks because it worked really well in my living room they told me no I had to finance it and then I could just pay it off whenever. Found out that I didn't actually Finance it I was leasing it for the rest of my life. I'm about 2 years into this they take out $150 every two weeks out of my paycheck if you do the math it's a whole whole lot of money the maturity date on it isn't until like 2027 so I asked what it would take just to buy it out right now the guy told me it was going ... read more

I bought a box springs and mattress from them supposed to have been top of the line the first time my grandson who weighs about 60 lb laid down on it there was a defect in the mattress and it sunk down I have called the business multiple times promised a phone call back never got them so I am not paying them anything on my account until this has been taken care of and I would like for it to be just paid in full because of the hassle and me having to wait and have in company coming in this weekend again I will not have a bed ... read more

If I could take away stars I would. The customer service for this place is completely outrageous. My husband and I purchased three appliances from American Freight two days ago. The appliances were delivered yesterday late afternoon. This morning I attempted to use our new dryer and it would not work. It was clearly broken internally making loud screeching noises. I bought a new stove and refridgerator scratch and dent. When I got the stove installed a week later the oven did not work. I called the store and they told me they only guarantee it for 48 hours. Since we are redoing the entire kitchen it is unreasonable to think I get everything installed in that time frame. I called GE and they said that the one year factory warranty had expired!! Stay away they lie just to get the sales! i bought my set from them in 2021. I submitted the claim it was through Guardian. They sent out a tech and decided they need to replace it instead. Well once i'm at the store they Key holder Dennis explains the price went up so now i would have to pay over 200 for the new couch. Of course they wont tell you this when you are paying the additional 200-300 for the warranty. I bought Electrolux Washer ELFW7537A 4.5 xu. Ft. Front Load Washer from American Freight. The customer service when we bought it was excellent. Within 24 hours, they installed the machine at home smoothly within 10 minutes. Livan is the technician who installed it. He did a great job and waited until it ran 15 minutes cycle to ensure the machine is working. I would strongly recommend American Freight to my friends and will continue to go to them for all my future purchases. Thank you.

The Penn Hills location is a joke!!!!! I was first happy with the customer service when initially purchasing my furniture. once they received my money that’s where the customer service ended. They entered the wrong delivery date and I had to threaten to cancel my $5,500 purchase which I should have done. American Freight Did Not Deliver This is us with an empty U-Haul after the worst customer service experience we have received in 30 years as a consumer and CEO. Another American Freight location referred us to the Lawrenceville, Georgia location because they did not have the king sized bed in stock and it was on the website.
