Johnny and Eric went above and beyond today. These 2 guys are awesome. They had to dismantle the refrigerator to get it in the house. These 2 guys know their business. I highly recommend American Freight to anyone. The delivery guys bend over backwards to please the customer. Great job Johnny and Eric.

Johnny and Eric went above and beyond today. These 2 guys are awesome. They had to dismantle the refrigerator to get it in the house. These 2 guys know their business. We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in October 2020 and also added the warranty service . Unfortunately the fridge broke down on August 20th2023 , So we figured we still have warranty so let’s try and see what can be done . Only to find out AE no longer partners with Sears warranty. We have been back & forth with Sears warranty , We have tried to have AE corporate office try to help us & honor the warranty that we purchased at their store and a whole month later still NO help, and nothing is being honored for a service th... read more
This company is a fraud, DO NOT deal with them, save yourself here folks they DO NOT honor anything they say in their warranty at all, Cheap is the best used wording here, the entire bed set and nightstand is beyond repair and not even a year old, their solution is not to even replace it and is broken from manufacture fault, poor customer service, outlandish untruths told to us and no resolution in sight just ignore you hoping you go away, AVOID at all cost
