I received the best help and service from a young lady named Dyra. I hope that I am spelling her name correctly. She was patient, kind, and very diligent in correcting and replacing a refrigerator that they did not have in stock. She never wavered. Dyra made sure that all of the transactions were fixed. They posted the refrigerators only have a cosmetic damage that's not true they'll also tell you that it's in warranty when it's out of warranty and then there were in there did it say that there are no refunds and then they tell you that there's no refunds after you pay. If you go to their website it's all fives so they're only posting the reviews that are favorable to them.

I purchased a king size bed frame from your store. Unfortunately, upon assembling the frame, I discovered that it does not accurately accommodate my king size mattress. The mattress is significantly larger than the frame, causing a considerable inconvenience. Essentially, the box was labeled “king” but the actual product was a queen frame. This company is false advertising.

Would not recommend this place bought bedroom set. the store broke the dresser and try to get me to drive 2 hrs to pick one up, so i tell them to remove it from my order, they give me a recept and still charge me for it through the finance company. And lie to me when I call them while I have the finance company on line also. And they will add stuff to your order that you don't even ask for

Worst company ever. Bought a freezer with a warranty. They gave me the run around until factory warranty ran out and the purchased warranty is a joke. Avoid them!! They told me I would get a refund. I’ve been fighting them for over a year. No refund, no freezer and definitely no customer service!

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in October 2020 and also added the warranty service . Unfortunately the fridge broke down on August 20th2023 , So we figured we still have warranty so let’s try and see what can be done . Only to find out AE no longer partners with Sears warranty. We have been back & forth with Sears warranty , We have tried to have AE corporate office try to help us & honor the warranty that we purchased at their store and a whole month later still NO help, and nothing is being honored for a service th... read more

Johnny and Eric went above and beyond today. These 2 guys are awesome. They had to dismantle the refrigerator to get it in the house. These 2 guys know their business. I highly recommend American Freight to anyone. The delivery guys bend over backwards to please the customer. Great job Johnny and Eric.

This company is a fraud, DO NOT deal with them, save yourself here folks they DO NOT honor anything they say in their warranty at all, Cheap is the best used wording here, the entire bed set and nightstand is beyond repair and not even a year old, their solution is not to even replace it and is broken from manufacture fault, poor customer service, outlandish untruths told to us and no resolution in sight just ignore you hoping you go away, AVOID at all cost
