If I could leave no stars, I would. I bought a scratch and dent refrigerator from them in May 2023. Upon delivery, the unit was obviously used. There were hair and crumbs in the freezer compartment, the shelving had signs of heavy wear, clearly not a new unit. I went back and forth with them for several weeks, until I finally grew frustrated enough to contact the corporate line.
