The worst company I have ever dealt with . Never delivered sofa which was bought on 11/13/23 and supposed to be delivered on 11/17/23. Then told me it would be delivered on 11/20/23 and that never happened. The never reply to phone calls or complaints to customer service
Purchased a BRAND NEW SUPPOSEDLY AFLOOR MODEL FRIGIDAIRE GALLERY CERAMIC COOKTOP. Turned it on t9 preheat oven came back still cold and no lights working!! They informed me there was nothing they could do
I purchased a clearance sectional which I was told there was one left in stock. The week prior I attempted to purchase the same sectional but was told it was sold out. I placed an order for a mattress on 11/09 and got a confirmation stating that the order was confirmed and able to be picked up at the store. Well I couldn't get it that day due to not having a truck so I finally was able to secure one for Friday 11/17 and rec'd a message from a family member stating that they were out of stock well I never got an email stating they were out of stock or on backorder and not sure why mine would be on backorder bc I already purchased it. I will never shop at your store ever again. We purchased two sofas. The sales people were not the friendliest when my wife and I were in the store. When the furniture was delivered the one delivery person gave our pride flag a dirty look, yes this is a lesbian household, and he was never friendly. The first words out of his mouth was you ordered two couches, there is not enough room. I had measured and knew that they would fit. Dylan at the Terre Haute IN location was exceptional. Great customer service, worked with us he was great!! Would highly recommend, very pleased with care we received!!
Made an online purchase for delivery. Lamar in sales called and said they didn't have delivery option available and they would discount $50 to pick up. I agreed and when I got the invoice it didn't reflect that. I called Lamar and he insisted it would be deducted when picking up. I arrived to pick up and they didn't honor the $50 off to rent a uhaul. He flat out lied to me twice.
I think it's a great store with great prices. The staff is very helpful.
