I purchased a king size bed frame from your store. Unfortunately, upon assembling the frame, I discovered that it does not accurately accommodate my king size mattress. The mattress is significantly larger than the frame, causing a considerable inconvenience. Essentially, the box was labeled “king” but the actual product was a queen frame. This company is false advertising.
Would not recommend this place bought bedroom set. the store broke the dresser and try to get me to drive 2 hrs to pick one up, so i tell them to remove it from my order, they give me a recept and still charge me for it through the finance company. And lie to me when I call them while I have the finance company on line also. And they will add stuff to your order that you don't even ask for

Worst company ever. Bought a freezer with a warranty. They gave me the run around until factory warranty ran out and the purchased warranty is a joke. Avoid them!! They told me I would get a refund. I’ve been fighting them for over a year. No refund, no freezer and definitely no customer service!

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in October 2020 and also added the warranty service .
