Terrible customer service. Bought and paid for a bed online for my daughter. Received the order confirmation with the pick up location as Chesapeake. Went and the sales associate, Eddy told me they did not have it. He offered to refund my money, no apology and no effort to see how he could get me the bed I told him I still wanted. I purchased a Queen Emily plate form bed last year it took a while for Chris to get the bed because it was ordered from another store. I didn't mind the length of time because I was dealing with my mom who had Cancer in another state, once I was told the bed was in, I came home for the finalize my payment and set a delivery date. I paid $1,016 including a warranty for 5years. We recently ordered a couch online 7/10/23 that was delivered on 7/11/23. Upon placing the order, was advised by an automatic e-mail that a representative would call to confirm delivery. I called the store a couple of hours after placing the order to check if there was a delivery time window to make sure someone would be home for delivery. I believe I spoke with the manager who first asked how far I lived from the store, then proceeded to say he had never heard of my area. I am giving a 5-star review to Lindsey Hammer(who is no longer withe the company) store manager for the Independence location for her great customer service. They need to bring her back. I also wanted to commend Charles (from the Claycomo location) and Derrick (from the Front St. location) on their great customer service as well. Me an my husband went looking for a couch at a decent price tried here found a couch we really liked and the sales man gave us his pitch and what got us was he took a pen and stabbed couch showing it couldn't be damaged by pets or anything so we took it he even talked us into getting the extended warranty that was $299 extra telling us it covers everything under the sun. well couch was originally $1399 I ended up paying way over $3k the first time we contacted was cause the back support beams had broken an I went into labor ... read more

Bought furniture 6 months ago done made two claims since bought new remind you furniture varly sat on. Over $1k wasted warranty does nothing for you but having their techs in your home. Couch spring shot thru floor. Padding is worn like we've owned for yrs.. Company just refuses to replace any thing nor fix issues. Very unsatisfied with this whole ordeal

I was lied to by Elise in sales. I had a big purchase and was not going to buy after learning they do not assemble furniture. To save her commission she lied and said they made an exception and would put it together. She also said I was their only delivery today. The delivery guys were not told, it wasn't in writing and JT, the general manager only cared about a survey rating. He was very uncaring and was pushing me to work with him on the rest of my furniture. I wish I would have researched the company before the purchase. ... read more
