Sales team is wonderful. The warranty company and the after purchase experience? Not so much. Bought a dryer, igniter broke. First technician filed a fraudulent report that he came out and fixed it after dodging my phone calls for an entire month. The second repair company rescheduled my appointment to come out and confirm that the repair hasn't been completed. The store manager keeps referring me back to the warranty company. An expensive warranty plan that doesn't honor the service contract is worthless.

Worst business, they are rude and arrogant here in Owensboro. The manager got hateful with me when I was asking about a couch. Don't do business with them.
I purchased an electric range on 09/14. Ispecifically told salesperson, I only had standard outlet, he found a cord and said it would fit my outlet. I paid for delivery, installation and 5-year warranty. On Friday it was delivered. I received the best help and service from a young lady named Dyra. I hope that I am spelling her name correctly. She was patient, kind, and very diligent in correcting and replacing a refrigerator that they did not have in stock. She never wavered. Dyra made sure that all of the transactions were fixed.
