Winter in the China Grove branch is very nice, and Extremely knowledgeable in the products she sells. I would recommend anyone go to her for help. I would wait in line for her assistance!
If I could leave no stars, I would. I bought a scratch and dent refrigerator from them in May 2023. Upon delivery, the unit was obviously used. There were hair and crumbs in the freezer compartment, the shelving had signs of heavy wear, clearly not a new unit. I went back and forth with them for several weeks, until I finally grew frustrated enough to contact the corporate line. Sales team is wonderful. The warranty company and the after purchase experience? Not so much. Bought a dryer, igniter broke. First technician filed a fraudulent report that he came out and fixed it after dodging my phone calls for an entire month. The second repair company rescheduled my appointment to come out and confirm that the repair hasn't been completed. The store manager keeps referring me back to the warranty company. An expensive warranty plan that doesn't honor the service contract is worthless.
Worst business, they are rude and arrogant here in Owensboro. The manager got hateful with me when I was asking about a couch. Don't do business with them.
I had an amazing shopping experience as a Coon Rapids location. Stevie was the associate who helped me out got me an amazing deal on an amazing mattress, and I am completely satisfied and happy five stars all day.

I purchased an electric range on 09/14. Ispecifically told salesperson, I only had standard outlet, he found a cord and said it would fit my outlet. I paid for delivery, installation and 5-year warranty. On Friday it was delivered. The delivery person said she did not have the right cord and/or did not have the expertise to complete the installation,but that she would return Saturday. This did not happen.
