I purchased the Sweet Sugarbelle alphabet cookie cutter set. When I received the set and opened it, it was missing 3 letters and it also had duplicates of other letters. I contacted AC in regards to the delivery of the WRMK Fuse Tool in Australia. I received a reply within 24 hours that was thorough, polite, and kind. The information I was given was correct, and I found a Fuse Tool at my local Spotlight days later.
